Accountabilities and responsibilities:Student and Learning:Lead with tactical direction and focus, direction and focusKey initiatives and performance indicators: develop and deliver effective results fromquality students recruitment to students' progression and students retentionin SingaporeData analytics: Strategize with proficient with statistical analysis and extensive collaboration with Marketing to address students' challenging journey from quality student recruitment to success in examination to healthy conversion to retention by establishing a data driven cultureCompetition: skilled with market intelligence on competitors' activities and qualification promotion needs as useful information feed to strategic development team, such as product development, to help generate effective social media content.Continuous improvement: Cooperate with global and regional learning teams to achieve speed, quality and consistency on students, learning partners and educational institutions policies and servicesGlobal standards:Leverage on client's resources, partners and communication channels to optimalize support to tutors and self-study and institutional students' utilisation to attain passing rates on global students.Relation management & Recognition:build, foster and establish good relationship relevant learning providers, high level influencers and advocates to advance client's professional qualification accreditation awareness and recognition, namely, NTUC, e2i, SSG and IAL by developing sustainable long term programmes.Engagement: Improve student support, engagement and employability with active engagement of the career sub-committee (Singapore network panel) and other members to address future jobs, skills and training needs surfacing in industry.Organisation:Improve competitiveness to contribute to higher student satisfaction and industry recognition with innovative and impactful initiatives to engage students and educational stakeholders to client's professional qualification accreditation on its reach and relevance.Priority:tasks / assignments alignment among team members to support individual development and address client's strategic priority.Operational Efficiency:Partners employer, membership, professional insights and marketing to develop a joined approach to market and to apply continuous improvement disciplines.Global brand:develop and sustain a long term skills development and lifelong learning narrative to support local industry needs and global branding.Tertiary institutions:develop and enhance client's proposition within private and public tertiary institutions to ensure a pipeline of high quality students.Changes:ensure smooth adoption of qualification changes with learning providers and studentsStrategic:lead and develop strategic and global learning partner relationship with long term planning and excellent operational execution.Possess adegree or an equivalent professional qualification, with at least 15 years of work experience intheeducation sector, or in a similar scope of work within qualification or accreditation organisation;Have at least 10 years of experience of managing B2B partnerships and people at work;Have good knowledge of accounting and finance education, education frameworks/pathways, continuing education and training and pedagogy;Able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.Fluency in written and spoken English is essential;Have excellent presentation skills, including the ability to deliver presentationsand chair meetings,that cater to diverse audiences of varying s, effectively and clearly;Possess strong interpersonal skills and an ability toengage with high-level key influencers;Have the ability to work collaboratively across the business within project teams and manage success through others;Have the drive and determination to fine-tune work processes, develop best practices and to share them with colleagues;Possess a strongsense ofcreativity and determination to build, innovate and progress strategic partnerships over the long term;Have the ability to managefinances and the budget for better resource allocation;Demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills to drive continuous improvement within the Learning team as well as the greater organisation;Must be attentive to details, and be able to organise and prioritise within a demanding environmentand have the ability to work under pressure.Able to analyse the student journey to identify key interventions with marketing and learning providersClear understanding of government programs relating to education (Polytechnics and Universities) and lifelong learning (SkillsFuture, e2i centres etc.)
