  1. As a Business Development Executive (Sales/Success), you will play a key role in helping the company communicate more effectively and persuasively with consumers and sellers. In doing so, you will ensure the operational fluency by improving customer acquisition and retention as well as raising brand awareness.


  • Identify and source potential sales channels
  • Reach out to potential new accounts via phone, email and in-person meetings to fact find and generate leads
  • Onboard channels and train them to function as collection points
  • Tracking and maintaining of buyer’s accounts
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Build and develop customer relationships with all collection points
  • Conduct market research with buyers to develop and implement resources that increase their capabilities as a collection point


  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • 1-3 years of prior experience in a similar position
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in multiple languages strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Persistent go-getter attitude
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 10am – 7pm
