Office Attendant (Commerical, Marketing)

Responsibilities:

• Provides overall housekeeping services to superintendents and resident surveyors
• Ensures laundry of superintendents are collected, done and returned
• Ensures superintendents' offices, site offices and public areas are kept clean and tidy
• Delivers daily mails and correspondences to superintendents and resident surveyors
• Serves refreshments and beverages
• Provides boiler suits, boots and stationery to superintendents on requisition

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar capacity
• Some experience dealing with customers
• May require to perform some manual works
• Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work overtime during weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays
