Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent administrative services
  • Act as the main point of contact for any admin related issues.
  • Support a team of service and operation staffs; receptionists, office assistants, cleaning team
  • Develop, review and improve service guidelines as per company policies
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing special projects
  • May include event management activities
  • Proficient in writing reports and handling urgent projects from time to time.
  • Any other adhoc tasks assigned by the Manager
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant admin experience
  • Proactive, detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Strong communicator and able to work well in a team
