M&E Facilities Technician, Yishun (Rotating Shift)

- Perform on-site and in-house service maintenance
- Troubleshooting and minor repairs to building and M & E works including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and fire protection system to minimize downtime
- Provide daily operation support and update daily report
- Attending to technical matter and service calls
- Standby for Service and Technical Support
- To follow up and resolve technical issues at root cause
- Schedule and perform periodic equipment preventive maintenance
- Perform housekeeping and conformance to safety and building standards
- Work with Engineers to troubleshoot issues relating to equipment failure
- Higher NITEC or NTC 2 in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, equivalent
- At least 2 years relevant working experience.
- Able to work in fast paced and challenging environment
- Good English communication skills, self-motivated, independent and with own initiatives
- Basic knowledge in MS office
- Knowledge in electrical and air conditioning
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
