Job Responsibilities:

  • You will take on challenging projects to source and interact with industry experts to understand their background and area of expertise
  • We will ask you to challenge the norm and contribute to solutions to build something new to shape our firm
  • You will be a contributing member from the start, working along with senior colleagues and clients to build trust and deliver high-quality work
  • You will need to have strong attention to detail to keep an accurate record of communications by using our internal systems
  • Your experience will be diverse, with each project offering a new opportunity to understand the market trends and learn about a niche sector
  • After several months of expert placement, you will progress into managerial responsibilities including guiding several juniors in the Client Solutions team, team development, and project management


  • Bachelor or Master degree with strong academic performance
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial/fast-paced work environment, ideally in a client-facing role
  • Fluent in English
  • Are located in Singapore or hold a citizenship or any form of valid visa/employment pass/working permit in Singapore
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally have experience in sales, recruitment, consulting, or market research
  • Having extra-curricular activity in sports or competition is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizations skills, and ability to multitask projects
  • A self-starter who can learn quickly and actively seeks out new business opportunities
  • Mature, professional, self-assured, presentable, confident
