About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced marketing professional responsible for building highly effective growth marketing strategies for Singapore.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, a self-starter with strong problem solving and analytical ability. You have experience in hyper-growth startups and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You are highly driven, results oriented and never afraid to challenge the norm.
You will create, launch and manage innovative marketing initiatives and apply best in market measurement metrics to aggressively generate and increase demand. Your responsibilities include shaping and executing highly effective growth strategies on paid media, social networks and organic channels including SEM/SEO/CRM and implementing performance analytics and measurements. You will lead the marketing team to roll out scalable automated campaigns and drive the use of innovative growth techniques.
A key part of your value addition will be via bringing about marketing innovation and thought leadership by being the expert and driver for marketing.
What you’ll be doing:
Responsible for overall marketing strategy, inbound acquisition funnel, marketing channels, marketing assets and end-to-end campaign planning & execution.
Lead and plan the local budget to ensure marketing (online & offline) activities executed are consistently optimized
Drive excellent brand positioning across the delivery of campaigns while driving effective brand awareness.
Conceptualise, execute & optimize user acquisition and activation campaigns
Drive and pilot campaigns with new features/products; test and scale for robust growth
Relentlessly experiment on strategies/tactics to identify growth levers and opportunities
Work with cross-functional teams (product marketing, merchant success, business development, etc) to establish a holistic marketing roadmap and digital marketing strategies
Who we are looking for:
At least 7 years of experience in Marketing (brand management, digital marketing, campaign marketing or CRM), preferably from a technology-related business (e.g. ecommerce, SaaS)
Strong proficiency in planning and execution of marketing strategy and budget.
Proven ability to lead and execute end to end marketing programs and has solid experience in campaign reporting and data analysis
Possess an expert understanding of how to drive business and marketing through digital channels, including: email, paid and organic social media, etc. Has solid knowledge in running digital campaigns not limited to Facebook & Google channels
Excellent knowledge of web & mobile UI/UX to drive landing page optimization
Must possess strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
Proactive in problem solving, liaising and following up with team members across different countries
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and challenging work environment
An inspirational leader and would always take the lead in starting up initiatives. Can motivate, inspire and lead teams towards company goals
