SENIOR / HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR policies, procedures, and services in accordance with legal compliance and Company policy.

Work closely with Company Directors to provide advice on manpower needs, recruitment

strategies, staff appraisal and personnel development.

Recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the Company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights.

Responsible for leave management, training and development arrangement, payroll related

administration, recruitment and insurance functions.

Ensure accurate HR database maintenance, update employee records.

Submission of work pass applications and other related arrangements.

Implement, organize and/or conduct annual performance management exercise that includes appraisal, annual increment, etc.

Responsible for administrative support, enquiries and arrangements.

Monitor office maintenance contract, maintaining pantry/office stationery, air con servicing,

photocopier machine, office repairing, maintenance and renovations are timely (with the support of any admin colleague).

Ensure the organization charts are up to date to reflect any changes.

Assist in preparation and/or verification of employees’ claims.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Only Singaporeans / PRs will be taken into consideration

Diploma holder with Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource, Business Management

Minimum 3 years of working experience

Meticulous, hardworking, willing to learn, able to multi-task and work independently

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a MUST to liaise with our Chinese associates

Those with start-up experience is an added advantage

Sound knowledge of local Employment Act and practice
