Possess technical expertise for Ethernet infrastructure support and will be instrumental in bridging the industrial and information networking paradigms.
Leverage Security concepts and principles to ensure customers’ networks are operating in a safe and secure manner.
Managing and maintaining Cisco Based LAN / WAN equipment
Manage the IP Address spaces and DNS environments for customers’ networks
Capable of investigating and verifying reported product problems in software, firmware, hardware, and documentation. Document the problem, work with the appropriate group to resolve the problem
Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Systems Engineering
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
Good understanding of network system, network architecture, and services
Experience in Cisco hardware, CCNA is a plus
Good communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders
May be required to provide on-call support, global operation 7 days x 24 hours
Experience in ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: PLC, SCADA, HMI, EtherNet/IP, especially programming, troubleshooting, design, and installation
