Grow, maintain, and monitor the community in our social media channels
Organise and execute community campaigns for our games
Review, proofread, edit, and localise games related content in English language to ensure quality, accuracy and that content is relatable to the audience in the region
Prepare reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide constructive feedback
Create content for articles, social posts, videos, and FAQs to help enhance the community gameplay experience
Analyse the activities of the gaming community across all social media platforms
Requirements
Excellent command of English both verbal and written
At least 2 years of experience in relevant fields in community or social media
Proficient in the usage of social media platforms, new media, and community tools
Strong passion for online gaming, online communities, and social networking
Deep understanding of how to measure and increase engagement in all forums, including but not limited to social channels, blogs, FAQs, live streams, and more
Familiar with online tools to track and report community and social media metrics
Exceptional problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
