Retail Associate (5 Day Roster)

Available Work Locations:

• Valley Point
• Katong Point
• New location in Orchard (Q1 2022)

Role of Retail Associate:

Customer service

• Greet and welcome customers
• Assist customers with their queries and provide recommendations
• Operate the cash register
• Pack purchased items with care

Store preparation

• Receive, verify and unload deliveries
• Stock shelves and ensure regular rotation of products
• Adhere to proper food handling procedures
• Upkeep the cleanliness of the store

Skills and Abilities:

• Proven work experience in retail operation and customer service will be an advantage
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (5-day roster)
• Part-time positions are available as well
