Position : Lead, Partnerships - SHOPLINE SINGAPORE

What Will You Do :

  • Develop and execute partner engagement strategies to drive cross promotion and awareness of Partner Program and Services
  • Develop marketing materials, processes and GTM strategies to drive and support in partnership delivery
  • Staying up to date on SHOPLINE products to develop and maintain partner resources to empower partners in driving sales and customer retention
  • Responsible for end to end account management throughout partnership delivery
  • Measure effectiveness of partnership strategies by ensuring high standards of delivery to our merchants
  • Coordinate and execute partner activities including training and marketing demand activities and onboarding of partner team members
  • Lead and provide support to team members (resellers, referrals) to achieve partnership goals and deliverables
  • Identify and secure partnerships (strategic, resellers, referrals) for the company
  • To monitor and report on partnership performances

What Will You Need :

  • Bachelor's Degree or any equivalent in Marketing / Business
  • At least 3 years experience in Marketing and/or Partnership
  • Proactive, agile and adaptable - ability to respond to different partners expectations, needs and communication styles and be quick to respond to feedback
  • Strong project management skills – ability to identify critical paths, engage, motivate key stakeholders, teams and hold everyone accountable for commitment
  • Process oriented mindset, very organised, and strong attention to detail
  • Good copy writing capability and aesthetic judgement
  • Experience working with cross-functional and cross-culture teams/stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy working environment
  • eCommerce, Social Commerce and/or Retail experience strongly preferred
  • Plus: Sales, Business Development, Start Up experience will be an added advantage
