We are looking for HR talent to join our Business Partner team who will work closely with the Division assigned and make Breadtalk Group a unique workplace to excel individual careers.


The Role

  • You will work closely with the respective business stakeholders to provide HR advisory, pertaining to HR issues and support various key HR initiatives/projects.
  • You will ensure best HR practices are implemented and support various key HR initiatives/projects.
  • You will manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding, employee relations and offboarding
  • By partnering with the business, you will assist in the coordination of interviews and provide competency-based interviews after candidates have been screened by the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • HR administrative tasks such as applying and renewing work passes
  • You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and monitor recruitment costs and update recruitment reports
  • Provide a centre of excellence and be the main point of contact with regards to employee relations issues
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all onboarding processes adhere to policy and process
  • Handle housing and accommodation arrangements for foreign workers if necessary
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What We Require From You

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related
  • Good knowledge of prevailing employment regulations
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking employees)
