Head of Finance (Capital Equipment Manufacturing)

The Company

Our client is a leading capital equipment manufacturer within the healthcare and medical devices industry. As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a Senior Financial Controller/Head of Finance.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a team and be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance activities including financial and management accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, internal controls as well as liaising with tax agents and external auditors.

This is a highly visible role within the organization and you will be a key business partner in supporting the senior management across activities such as due diligence, investment, M&A and joint ventures.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in accounting or ACCA with the following relevant experience:

• At least 10 to 15 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Exposure within the manufacturing environment, ideally focusing on capital equipment manufacturing
• Proven managerial experience
• Prior external audit exposure within a Big 4 is preferred but not a must
