Provision Purchaser (0009Feb2022)

• Assist in handling customer’s enquiries and orders.
• Ensure all quotations are submitted within customer’s deadline and orders are prepared in accordance to vessel schedule.
• Arrange for goods returned (if any) to suppliers promptly.
• Procure items at the best prices from the best sources.
• Co-ordinate with Warehouse on stock requisitions, prepare orders
• Co-ordinate for the supply
• Any other related jobs and assignments as and when assigned to you.

Requirements

• Proficient and well versed in MS Office
• Candidates from ship chandler companies /ship management/ food industry/ marine technical / manufacturing / trading will be advantageous
• Team player and Meticulous
• Good communication skills, responsible & able to multi-task
