- Administering, managing and maintaining of Microsoft exchange server and systems software

- Provide support/troubleshoot for Users

- Install and setup new equipment/software

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma in Computing Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent
• No experiences or at least 1 year experience in IT Operation, application support, and end user management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong team player and able to influence others to move towards consensus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to work independently, multi-task and under tight schedule
• Have a quality mind set with acute attention-to-details skills
• Self-starter with a keen sense of urgency with an open mind to learn
