Procurement Processing - source for few quotes, prices and availability of goods and services required by the Authority's and put up Purchase Request (PR) using the Authority's IT system and established process.
Logistic support - manage the Unit's stores, infrstructure and facilities (includiing office equipment) and perform transaction for stores movement, estate management and equipment servicing using the Authority's IT systems and established process
General Duties - support the Authority or Units'events and activities such as escorting suppliers within camps, ushering and registering of guests, venue setup and supervision of works by Authority'contractors.
Requirements
Diploma certification or equivalent and Singaporean
Literacy in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred to have at least 3 years of Working experience in Supply Chain or Logistics Management, with knowledge in stock management and experience in using Procurement IT Systems (e.g. SAP).
