Apply for this jobJOB SUMMARY The Transaction Management team will be responsible for proactively managing real estate transaction activities of our corporate clients property portfolio. The role supports our Clients in optimizing their real estate exposure through preparing, recommending, and implementing a portfolio-wide real estate transaction strategy, while coordinating field resources and other stakeholders in the execution of lease renewals, site acquisitions and disposals, subleasing surplus space, early lease termination and more. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Management, Finance or related discipline
Relevant experience in the corporate or industrial real estate industry (ie brokerage, leasing, capital markets, etc)
Account/client management skills
