You will be responsible for daily operations and customer service activities and will require strong analytical skills, attention to details, willing to assist our customers with a cheerful mindset and the ability to implement successful business strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Handling daily delivery communication and follow ups
- Responsible for order management and CRM
- Customer service and enquiries
- Engage in operation and business processes
- General administrative duties including payments, orders, databases & website
The Person:
- The applicant must be adept, proficient, highly motivated, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable.
- 1 - 2 years working experience in a similar environment although fresh grads would also be considered
- Good command of spoken and written English
Work location: Singapore - Tai Seng
Working hours: Monday to Friday
Salary : Depend on experience
