Role Purpose

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Key Accounts Manager to join the Strategic Key Accounts team. This person will lead some important strategic partnerships at SuperMom that will shape the growth trajectory of our business locally and regionally.

The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic and "growth" mindset combined with polished client servicing skills to drive partner satisfaction and account renewals. This candidate will demonstrate a never-say-die attitude, creative problem solving, and an impressive history of positive work ethic to deliver results. The candidate should possess the outstanding communication skills needed to convey complex information clearly between internal and external teams to keep projects on track. Most importantly, the candidate will excel at building strong relationships, trust and discovering opportunities to drive further revenue.


  • Develop and cultivate strong business partnerships with VIP clients, independently owning C-Level account relationships
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell/up-sell and drive revenue growth and profitability for the company
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional stakeholders including client success, sales, marketing, operations and 3rd party vendors where necessary, etc. to deliver best-in-class execution of partnership entitlements that maximize upselling and renewal opportunities
  • Where needed, lead complex client negotiations and discussions before, during and after partnership is confirmed
  • Maintain accuracy, attention to detail and strong communication on a variety of projects simultaneously throughout the execution of campaign and client entitlements
  • Work nimbly with data and analytics tools to generate insights and provide strategies to improve client results
  • Capable of managing multiple deliverables and ability to seamlessly transition among them in a timely and efficient manner Provide guidance to team members nurture/promote team environment
  • Drafting of presentation ideas, participating in strategic account pitches and organizing ideas logically and sequentially

Media Skills

Knowledge of local media landscape and global digital trends Ability to deliver integrated media solutions Keeps up with latest media trends and identifies opportunities for relevant clients Working knowledge of digital tools (e.g. Google Ads, Campaign Manager, DV360, GTM, Adobe Analytics, Facebook/Instagram) Ability to understand and analyze digital data, review reports and set benchmarks

Managerial Skills

Able to guide and supervise internal team members to create and maintain media plan flowcharts and media buy authorizations based on clients various initiatives Able to guide and supervise implementation and operational aspects of the business including digital ad serving, digital operations, finance operations and traditional media buying operations. Able to be both a leader as well as being a team player in promoting team cohesiveness. Nurture and inspire juniors, ensure their development and growth plans are in place Where required, this person will not hesitate to get their “hands dirty” and do the actual ground work, execution of campaigns online and offline to achieve maximum client satisfaction and results
