We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Key Accounts Manager to join the Strategic Key Accounts team. This person will lead some important strategic partnerships at SuperMom that will shape the growth trajectory of our business locally and regionally.
The ideal candidate will bring strong strategic and "growth" mindset combined with polished client servicing skills to drive partner satisfaction and account renewals. This candidate will demonstrate a never-say-die attitude, creative problem solving, and an impressive history of positive work ethic to deliver results. The candidate should possess the outstanding communication skills needed to convey complex information clearly between internal and external teams to keep projects on track. Most importantly, the candidate will excel at building strong relationships, trust and discovering opportunities to drive further revenue.

Knowledge of local media landscape and global digital trends Ability to deliver integrated media solutions Keeps up with latest media trends and identifies opportunities for relevant clients Working knowledge of digital tools (e.g. Google Ads, Campaign Manager, DV360, GTM, Adobe Analytics, Facebook/Instagram) Ability to understand and analyze digital data, review reports and set benchmarks
Able to guide and supervise internal team members to create and maintain media plan flowcharts and media buy authorizations based on clients various initiatives Able to guide and supervise implementation and operational aspects of the business including digital ad serving, digital operations, finance operations and traditional media buying operations. Able to be both a leader as well as being a team player in promoting team cohesiveness. Nurture and inspire juniors, ensure their development and growth plans are in place Where required, this person will not hesitate to get their “hands dirty” and do the actual ground work, execution of campaigns online and offline to achieve maximum client satisfaction and results
