Key Responsibilities:
- Process online order from all online domain.Manage, track and maintain retail inventory movement - Receive, Count and Transfer stock Display and Re-pack products Raise purchase request.Receive, verify, and record goods received.Conduct and facilitate quarterly stock taking.Perform cashiering duties.
- Provide customer service and product sales to retail walk-ins and online customers.
- Enquire about customers’ needs, educate customers on our products and answer their queries.
- Perform online and e-commerce orders, delivery scheduling, etc.
- Execute other ad-hoc duties as required.Part Timers are welcome to apply
Requirements:
Must be conversant in English.Flexibility to work on shift duties, weekends, and holidays.Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment.A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction is a must.Previous experience in F&B sector preferred
