The Role

For the Manager role, the company is looking for highly skilled individuals who are always open to new challenges. You have to be great and comfortable working with clients and you’re always the one with spunky new ideas to sell stuff. You can totally wrap your finger around a role that involves a plethora of duties: planning, developing marketing campaigns, meeting clients, writing proposals and more!

Here are the things that you will look at

  • Overall training and management of sales teams. Help the sales team develop the relevant skills and practices for achieving sales success by conducting regular performance reviews of sales teams.
  • Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Skilled at building rapport, opening doors and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers.
  • Develop a scalable sales process and ensure teams adhere to it correctly.
  • Collaborate with the greater sales organization, customer service, ad operations and other internal teams to share knowledge, discuss challenges and to share best practices


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in appropriate of study
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Marketing/Sales/Client Servicing/Account Management with company background desirable
  • Proven expertise in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Experience in delivering customer focused solutions based on customer’s needs
  • Deep digital understanding
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Understanding of development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology
