The OMS Program Manager role is responsible for coordination with all the required functions in all SEA markets along with different vendors to organize the program governance, roadmap, and delivery of IT and all other functions involved (finance, supply chain, store operations, etc.). They manage the program
delivery and drive it to success.

Your Mission

  • Work with IT and business OMS owners together to set up the program governance. Provide steering committee and key stakeholders with timely communication
  • Lead/ collaborate with project teams to deliver consulting and systems implementation projects related to the OMS program
  • Drive and conduct activities to gather and analyze business needs for the OMS across all the market
  • Support solution vendors in the gap analysis between business requirement and OMS capability to deliver future state design & options, opportunities, and implementation approach and roadmap
  • Drive and conduct activities to define functional and non functional requirements with OMS platform and solutions
  • Coordinate with vendor and SI to provide solutions to meet the business requirement
  • Track and monitor the OMS platform and solutions implementation status (and the associated
  • preparation work), and report back to all the key stakeholders
  • Track and monitor the OMS program budget spending and business success KPIs

Your Profile

  • With a minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering digital projects with at least 5 years of experience in OMS related projects (B2C, B2B, or OMS)
  • Multiple project experience in commerce platform and OMS implementation, from packaged solutions (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, Fluent commerce experience is preferred) to custom built solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to analyze and solve undefined or complex problems
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management capability in terms of interacting professionally with multiple key decision makers, both internally and externally
  • Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in both verbal and written English
  • Knowledge and experience with agile methodology and project delivery is preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with design thinking methodology and project delivery is preferred
  • Prior consulting working experience is a plus
  • Prior exposure to local ecosystems integration (e.g., marketplaces, PSP, 3PL) is a plus
  • Prior cross regional project experience is a plus
  • Exposure to the retail and consumer goods industry is a plus
