IT Executive (RD-FNC220318 005/01)

The IT Executive role is to support all IT administrative activities, including working with IT vendors, prepare monthly reports using MS Excel and perform some analyzing IT data to provide a better trend utilization of IT tool

• Ensure APAC vendor related service delivery and operations running as according to requirements to support the business needs.
• Provide customer support and resolution on vendor related incident and requests in APAC
• Identify IT needs and research on latest IT technology
• Manage vendor and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services/solutions.
• Work closely with Global/Regional/Local teams in deployment and implementation of IT projects and initiatives in APAC
• Analyse IT data in APAC (ex. Usage of mobile data, ticketing )
• Contract negotiation & renewal
• PO creation
• Development & improvement of a company's IT guideline / policies (ex. Mobile policy,
• Manage reporting AOP Budget and ensure cost efficiency IT spending
• Ensure monthly reports are sent out to various stakeholders on time

(laptops, peripherals), print, collaboration & telecom services. Improving operational excellence and productivity through tested and proven technology

Requirements

Qualifications & Soft skills

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree will be advantage
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a related domain of business knowledge/expertise or IT solution background.
• Solid communication and written skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, strong team player
• Independent and self-motivated
• MS Office365, Windows 10 and MS TEAMS on medium level
• Analysis data for reporting (with excel) on intermediate level

• Team player
• Ability to manage challenging situations and focus on the desired outcome
• Work closely with key user community
• To coordinate and communicate with the users to understand the issue/ enhancement reported.

Technical Skill

SAP user capability (specifically for PO creation) will be advantage
