Job Description & Requirements
1. Perform general office
2. Assist in duties related to document preparation
3. Follow-up on service enquiries from customer
4. Update and maintain proper documentation.
5. Assist Team Leaders in compiling and filing of audit reports
6. Liaise with Clients and Auditors on certification matters
7. Preparation and sending of certificates
8. Other administrative duties as assigned
1. Minimum GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Level
2. Fluent in written and spoken English ( Other Languages added advantage)
3. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word/ Excel / Out look / Powerpoint)
4. Possess good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
5. Meticulous , detail-oriented, Self-motivated and capable of work independently
