Community Operation

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the operation and management of each community.

2. Regularly produce high-quality content, create topics, and improve user activity and accuracy.

3. Summarize the common Q&A of customers, summarize and analysis customer feedback, and give strategic support to each team;

4. Through various internal and external channel strategies, continuously optimize the mechanisms of user attraction, activity, conversion, retention, etc.

Requirements

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above are preferred.

2. Love online chat, have clear logic, have their own operating style, and be willing to mingle with customers.

3. Experience in community operations in overseas markets, familiar with the gameplay and mechanisms of overseas communities such as Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp.

4. Understand the blockchain industry, care about and be optimistic about the development of this field and have great enthusiasm.

5. Have good reading and writing skills in both English and Chinese.
