- Manage a team of IT vendors (overseas and local) to ensure effective operations of our IT infrastructure in Singapore HQ and giving peripheral support to the offices in Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam
- Deliver innovative technological advancements and bringing digital transformation to our business via a cloud infrastructure platform
- Manage a MSO365 environment with experience in SharePoint and Teams Sites collaboration coupled with MS Intune experience
- Manage multiple tenant and licensing management of O365 including a robust ticketing system
- Planning and responding to network outages and installing, supporting, and maintaining servers or other computer systems
- Preservation of company data and information security, control structures, network access and backup systems
- Maintain and implement systems and IT administrative documentation including SOP and operational workflows
- Review, implement and uphold the effective implementation of IT policies and operations protocols
- Assist the relevant teams in the fulfilment of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) and Cyber Security Incident Response Plan
- Fastidious tracking of IT Assets / Equipment, purchase of IT related equipment and control IT related inventories
- Enjoys training end-users, and being the consultant for computer problems beyond the knowledge of technical staff
- Handle annual budgets, reviewing quarterly expenses and achieve VALUE OPTIMIZATION
- Active in managing new projects and activities as assigned by the COO (reporting Director) and the Board of Directors
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciple
- 7 years of IT infrastructure and operations experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership function
- Proven ability in business partnering and project management
- Hands-on in:
o Cloud infrastructure and services
o PC and network troubleshooting
o Administration and management of servers, storage, networking and appliances, virtualization, mobility and remote access services, LAN, VLAN, WAN, VPN
o Veeam Backup, AD & File Server, SQL Server, Anti-Virus (TM), Email Security (TM)
o Mobile Device Management- Knowledgeable in (good-to-have):
o Administrating Microsoft technologies: Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, Exchange online, SharePoint online, Intune, Office 365 features and services
o Systems/Applications software patching/update management
- Ambitious, business-centric, proactive, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Takes initiative and able to inspire and empower direct and indirect reports
