• Handling crew salary, impress fund and payroll reporting
• Check the authenticity of the crew COC & GOC with the respective marine organization
• Apply COE/COR/GOC for all officer respective maritime organization
• Update vessel certificate to MPA at Marinet System
• Crew article or Electronic Ship Information for Marinet
• Crew employment according to the STCW requirement as per flag
• Crewing manning with necessary cert to apply if required
• Administration work to assist look onto vessels certs validity/expiry
• Any ad hoc duties are assigned

Requirements

• Candidate should have a Diploma or Higher Nitec in Shipping or its relevant discipline
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the shipping industry or crewing experience
• Able to perform work duties independently
• Team player with good organisational skill
• Candidate with sea-going experience is advantageous
