The Company:
Our client is a multinational information technology and electronics company. With their expansion scheme, they are now looking for a Desktop Support.
As a Desktop Support, you will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for the installation and daily operations support for facility management of platforms to meet agreed business needs & service levels.
- Perform troubleshooting for platform related problems.
- Involve in platform implementation/upgrade projects.
- Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
- Respond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
Requirements
- Certification: Information Technology.
- Mandatory Skills : Asset Life Cycle Management.
- Supporting Skills: Microsoft Windows.
- Preferred Skills: ITIL foundation
