CBREs Multi-Market team provide best-in-class real estate services, account management and transaction execution programs to occupiers nationally and regionally across APAC. We specialize in identifying and developing regional client opportunities, enabling new business across CBREs A&T functional, service line and geographical teams.


Multi Markets (MM) develops business across non-contracted occupiers + greenspace pursuits. Transaction execution and a light-touch SPOC approach across 250+ occupiers. MM has direct leadership of 50+ clients in region. MM strengthens markets pipelines by growing and exporting Tenant Representation relationships. MM also provides a key product in supporting maturing clients on their outsourcing journey led by the Sales & Solutions Team.


Due to strong demand for our services, we are seeking to expand the APAC Multi-Markets team. An opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director reporting directly to the Head of Multi-Markets APAC.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain rapport with key internal / external stakeholders including CBREs in-country A&T teams

Participate in and often lead the winning of new multimarket accounts (multiple deal / other service lines) PS & Advisory across Asia-Pacific

Drive collaboration within A&T team, sales management and local offices in proactively sourcing business development opportunities that target top pursuits locally, identifying multimarket opportunities and coordinating regional pursuits

Develop intelligence map APAC Transaction Management competitor accounts.

Foster new client contact relationships to be developed and nurtured to RFP stage or transition to the Sales + Solutioning Team.

Actively track and report multi-market pursuits and make the local services teams aware of decision maker(s) client side (ie. Global, Regional or Local) as part of developing a systematic Business Development approach.

Be responsible for maintaining CRM (Salesforce) market intelligence / SPOC list

Collaborate and leverage CBREs Portfolio Services, DC and D&T Platforms to produce a pipeline of introductions to all 3 service lines and show meaningful revenue opportunities.

Work with the global A&T team and US/EMEA Occupier Services leadership to improve commercial and operating alignment of client opportunities & import new business


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Bachelors Degree (BA or BS). Masters degree (MA, MS or MBA) preferred

A minimum of 6 years professional experience in property sales and leasing, regional tenant representation, corporate real estate transactions management or similar

Possess a strong understanding and interest in APAC real estate markets;

Fluent spoken and written English language skills. Mandarin or other Asian language would be advantageous

Have strong negotiation skills

Opportunistic, creative and determine mindset

Be team-orientated; demonstrate collaborative approach

The ability to prioritise work within tight timeframes
