The role:

You will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the overall brand social strategy that acts as a vehicle to grow, support, engage and strengthen the relationship between Love, Bonito and our customers and the greater community of women in Singapore.

You will deep-dive into one sub-pillar of Social Media during the duration of your internship, function as a full member of the team and achieve business objectives through your daily responsibilities and your team-specific projects. Projects will be shared with you in more detail during the recruitment process.

Pillars within the Social Media Team

  1. Channel Management
  2. Content Design
  3. Content Production

#1 Social Media Channel Management

Main responsibilities

  • Provide community support to the Social Media Team - monitoring and responding to comments, queries, and DMs on the respective social media channels
  • Support in timely content delivery, scheduling and postings
  • Organising and upkeep of try-on trackers and SOP for internal reference
  • Planning and scheduling of the content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube.
  • Brainstorm, manage and develop content schedule, briefs and assets for social channels
  • Write compelling and creative copy and storyline to generate traffic and calls to action
  • Ad-hoc content creation for social media channels
  • Support with social reports, insights and payment to partners/vendors/creators.
  • Participate in brainstorming session/discussion within team on how to improve in delivery of content on all social platforms
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis

Requirements

  • Experience in Social Media, Communications or Brand Marketing roles will be a plus
  • Strong multi-tasking and project management skills
  • Fair knowledge of social media best practices and trends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to adapt and independently evolve in an ever-changing and dynamic environment with professionalism, responsiveness and flexibility under pressure
  • Adept in Google Suite (Words, Slides, Sheets) and Adobe CC Suite

#2 Content Design

Main responsibilities

  • Execute all relevant creative social artworks across different mediums and platforms in line with the brand’s social strategy
  • Work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to create engaging and impactful creative artworks across channels within the timeline.
  • Maintaining a consistent approach and high level of creativity across all assets
  • Supporting the Social Media team where needed
  • Support in the daily maintenance and administrative upkeep of team assets
  • Participate in brainstorming session/discussion within team on how to improve in delivery of content on all social platforms
  • Participate in content creation discussion for social channels (Tik Tok, IG, Virtual Comm etc)
  • Creation of IG/Tiktok artworks as and when needed, according to campaign and content needs
  • Research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content

Requirements

  • Prior experience in creative design work will be a plus
  • Well verse in content creation for Social Media channels like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
  • A developed eye with a natural finesse for balance and composition
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Able to adapt in an ever-changing and dynamic environment with professionalism, responsiveness and flexibility under pressure
  • Highly Adept with the Adobe Design software (PSD, AI, Lightroom)

#3 Content Production

Main responsibilities

  • Develop a solid understanding of the Love, Bonito’s brand, our vision and our target audience
  • Assist in the planning and execution of all social content shoots, including pre-shoot preparations, site recce and location bookings
  • Heavily involved in content execution - photoshoots, video shoots and post-production
  • Assist in ensuring that all assets are delivered as promised
  • Participate in brainstorming session/discussion within team on how to improve in delivery of content on all social platforms
  • Participate in content creation discussion for social channels (Tik Tok, IG, Virtual Comm etc)
  • Creation of IG/Tiktok artworks as and when needed, according to campaign and content needs
  • Research, analyse and present new and fresh ways to approach and execute social content
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving attitude in tackling obstacles that may compromise on workflow, capacity and/or quality
  • Support in the daily maintenance and administrative upkeep of team assets


Requirements

  • Highly Adept in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro/Final Cut
  • Well verse in content creation for Social Media channels like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
  • A developed eye with a natural finesse for balance and composition
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Able to adapt in an ever-changing and dynamic environment with professionalism, responsiveness and flexibility under pressure
  • Prior experience in lifestyle/fashion photography and videography will be a plus
