Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sundays: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Job Scope:
Perform front desk duties including student registration and handling inquiries.
Provide customer support on WhatsApp, phone calls, emails and walk-ins.
Track work tasks on Google Drive.
Manage the center’s order and cleanliness.
Work collaboratively with coaches to ensure seamless information flow and accuracy of students’ progress to inform parents.
Other ad hoc admin duties as required.
Requirements:
Min A Levels or Diploma in any field.
Fluent in spoken and written English
Fluent in spoken Chinese.
Have at least 1-year of experience in customer service OR working with teens.
Knows how to operate on iOS system (MacBook)
Have experience using Google Spreadsheet.
Training will be provided and we will work as a team.
