About the Job:
We are looking for a responsible individual who enjoys working with children. Being a Customer Care Executive at Terry Chew Academy also requires you to be meticulous, positive and organized.

  • Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Sundays: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Scope:
  • Perform front desk duties including student registration and handling inquiries.
  • Provide customer support on WhatsApp, phone calls, emails and walk-ins.
  • Track work tasks on Google Drive.
  • Manage the center’s order and cleanliness.
  • Work collaboratively with coaches to ensure seamless information flow and accuracy of students’ progress to inform parents.
  • Other ad hoc admin duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Min A Levels or Diploma in any field.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Fluent in spoken Chinese.
  • Have at least 1-year of experience in customer service OR working with teens.
  • Knows how to operate on iOS system (MacBook)
  • Have experience using Google Spreadsheet.

Training will be provided and we will work as a team.
