The Enterprise Sales Executive(Technology) plays a crucial role participating to meet the overall business growth targets of the organization by various modes.
These include close engagement and expansion of network within the existing client organization, collaborating with internal stakeholders on client acquisitions as well going to market with solutions catered for the changing dynamics of the IT landscape relevant to workforce solutions as well as other forms of services.
The Enterprise Sales Executive(Technology) will play an active role in pioneering, designing, shaping as well as influencing the various pillars of the organization’s business services.
Key Responsibilities
Identification, qualification, and engagement of potential business prospects. Oversee and drive lead generation and acquisition strategies Support in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet annual business goals Collaborate with Business Development, Strategy & Service teams in driving and meeting business revenue growth targets Establish and expand business relationships with both potential and existing clientele Deconstruct, develop and tailor a solution to Clients’ requirements Support the Business team in the participation of identified business leads, not limited to examples such as, Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITQ). Attend relevant industry events to network, acquire information of latest trends and to grow organizational branding as well as for professional growth Support in the ideation and creation of presentations relevant to the services/products carried by the business Crafting of business proposals as well as partake in the process of pricing strategizing Conduct presentations of the organization profile and her business services to the relevant parties Maintain the CRM database to have a clear and organized inventory of Client information as well as business leads
Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business/ICT/Mass Communication Possession of relevant working experience in the fields of business development, channel sales or marketing will be an advantage Has 1-2 years of experience, or exposure to marketing or business development related activities A good command of the English language, both written and verbal, is essential Having command of additional languages would be an advantage Basic general knowledge of the field of Information Technology and its changing landscape will be a key advantage
