Our Client is Looking for candidates as below:
- to answer phone calls and email.
- to do bookings for customers and also attend to customer calls.
- others ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor/ Manager
- Update customers databases /support office manager
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Requirements
- Prefer to have candidates who have are able to multi tasks and not particular on jobscope
- Prefer to have candidate who can work on weekends if required/ urgent
- Working hours 9am to 6pm on weekdays and 8am to 4pm on weekends. (Weekend is not compulsary but prefer)
