  • Responsible for the Media Planning and Activation of Programmatic across client portfolio.
  • Work with Programmatic Specialists to manage end-to-end Programmatic campaigns.
  • Collaborate with performance team and other cross-functional teams in developing Programmatic elements of strategies/media plans and support new business pitches.
  • Be the main day-to-day contact for Programmatic across both internal and external partners.
  • Develop campaign management processes and best practices.
  • Build strategic optimization and testing frameworks to deliver outstanding results and innovative solutions for client portfolio.
  • Support internal product development and educational initiatives.
  • Maintain and stay current about latest in Programmatic industry



  • At least 3 years of experience in Programmatic; both hands-on and account management capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with key DSPs (DV360, TTD) and Ad Servers (CM360) across multi-market and large-scale campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of Ad Tech landscape such as DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Ad Servers and Verification partners.
  • Experience in programming, datasets, SQL and dashboards is an advantage but not essential.
  • Ad Trafficking experience.
  • Knowledge of other digital channels such as Search, Social and Display.
