- Create fresh, interactive, and engaging playable ads for marketing campaign to generate users for our mobile games
- Use A/B testing tools to improve playable ads for best performance
- Optimize the performance of the playable ads for maximum speed and scalability
- Contribute to develop a playable asset library for adaptation
- Research on the latest trends on playable ads
Requirements
- At least 2 years of creative experience in performance marketing and a proven track record of high performance with playable ads
- Familiar with Unity/ HTML 5/ HTTP/ Javascript
- Good problem solver and risk-taker
- Excellent team player with great communication
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for games
