Key Responsibilities:
Job Description:
- Assisting in email /phone call /Coordination works
- Travel bookings and accommodation arrangements if any
- Sourcing and purchasing of office pantry/stationery
- Update of admin works/ office purchasing / etc
- Ordering of office, stationery and pantry supplies
- Any other administrative works as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
Requirements
- Minimum Higher NITEC or equivalent
- At least 2years of relevant working experience as Office admin support
- Familiar with office works and admin support
- Computer literate
-Pleasant personalities and must be able to take pressure
