Apply for this job The core responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: Maintaining the Client's access control database, including the administration and issuance of access cards, and completing online access requests for restricted access in accordance with restricted access policiesCheck and action the building access emails and filling accordinglyRunning daily reports to ensure all database records are kept up to date and accurateProducing and collating reports as required for Security and HR investigationsMonitor the hiring and leavers processesCollating information for audit to make sure there is no breach of compliance, including SOX, Internal Audits and access level quarterly reviews.Manage and process access control for interns and control image qualityMaintain an inventory of office stock and ordering supplies as necessaryResponsible of the departments invoice processingHandling requests for information and dataEnsure successful customer service when dealing with clients and visitorsHandling incoming/outgoing calls and face to face enquiresCarrying out routine administrative dutiesArranging couriers to pouch cards to other locationAny other duties which are required for the running of the department Apply for this job
