• Carry out skilled administrative and coordination work related to sales department including management of returns.
• Provide administrative support to branch sales team.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to investigate the whereabout of returned items.
• Process return orders in the system including disposal.
• Keeping track and conduct regular follow up for returned items.

Requirements

• experience in sales coordination and marine industries is a plus.
• Demonstrate good level of attention to detail and understanding on business implications.
• Responsible and positive attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• No experiences are welcome and training is provided.
