The Role
Vuealta is seeking a Business Support Analyst (Enterprise Applications) who can solve sophisticated problems reported by customers such as issues that require in-depth knowledge of the product or a deep dive into the logging or back-end of the system. The range of issues that are raised is diverse and can vary from front-end client or UI issues to modelling.
The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, team work, and collaboration. This individual should also be detailed-oriented and takes initiative in his/her work. This role suits a candidate who is hungry for a new challenge and gets energised by complex customer issues.
You will support, resolve and investigate
As a Business Support Analyst (Enterprise Applications), you will gain an in-depth knowledge of the product from end-to-end, work with large volumes of data using tools like Anaplan and work closely with multiple teams to ensure that the customer issue is resolved quickly and thoroughly.
Requirements
0-3 years in consulting or software implementation rollouts, acquiring good core foundation skillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a relevant fieldAny equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the positionStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent prioritization and time management skillsOutstanding oral and written communication; including presentation skillsWell versed in planning, supply chain and Agile methodologyAnaplan knowledge strongly preferred but not requiredBenefits
