Duties & Responsibilities:

• To provide professional make up advice to customers & assist them to find the products that meet their needs
• To recommend & up-sell products to customers through product / make up demos
• Recruit new customers and build customer relations through follow-up calls, SMS or mailings
• Work as a team to help achieve overall sales target
• To adhere to MAKE UP FOR EVER’s grooming guidelines at all times
• Responsible to maintain good conduct and behaviour while on duty on the sales floor at all times / out for makeup jobs
• Responsible for day-to-day house-keeping duties and sales operations tasks
• Present MUFE image and introduce brand to customers.
• Recruit new customers
• Build relationship with customers
• Housekeeping and maintenance of area and tools.

Requirements

• Possess GCE ‘O’/ 'N'/ NITEC level or equivalent
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, well groomed with service oriented mind-set
• Enjoy interacting and sharing beauty tips with customers
• Proven sales and service track record
• Preferable with at least 2 years of experience in retail industry
• Has good make up skills
• Has good language ability
• Able to work during retail operation hours / days (Sat, Sun & Public Holidays)
