Responsibilities :
- Lead the Practice in Focus areas: Delivery, Presales, Practice Management, and Mentoring.
- Active participation on strategic engagements - SME, Program Management, Project Management.
- Articulate value proposition to clients, prospects, partners & stakeholders.
- Respond to RFPs which includes writing, reviewing, and presenting client proposals. Handle work statements, proposals and support contract creation. Exposure with Local government projects is an added advantage.
- Document, optimize and continuously improve workflows, templates and end-to-end business processes and policies related to Project Delivery.
- Juggling multiple and conflicting priorities in a timely and sensitive way, with full transparency.
- Delivering customer satisfaction and overall excellence by identifying opportunities (or issues) and assisting with speedy resolution
- Managing and leading complex stakeholders towards optimal solutions while helping them understand resource constraints and prioritization
- Holding the teams to the highest standards, project discipline and accountability
- Continuously improving the delivery model and strategy, implementing and managing delivery with the associated teams.
Mandatory Skills :
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors in Engineering or Business
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in various domains such as Retail/ Banking/ Healthcare/ Insurance/Digital, etc.
- Good years of experience in project roll-outs in Asia.
- Technical knowledge in various technology and project management tools.
- Exposure to multi projects implementation and support.
- Motivated, with good interpersonal and editorial skills, you are recognized for your rigor, your analytical capacity and your strength of proposal.
- Project Management and Team management experience
- Team management: o Assist in recruiting, up-skilling, and mentoring team members o Ensure adequate team staffing and ensure team members receive adequate training for the position they hold. o Must have already managed directly team members
- Delivery Management o End-to-End operational oversight, from project proposals, project kick-offs, up to management of regular invoicing
- Account management o Building long-term relationships with Organization’s valuable accounts
- Good to have Project Management certifications (Prince, PMI)
- Experience in working in complex environment and with distributed teams.
- Very good communication skills with customers, team and stakeholders
