Responsible for the implementation of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
Function as document controller for IMS system.
Conduct internal audit and manage external and customers’ audits.
Ensure compliance to all local regulations.
Compile HSSEQ data, reports and documentation.
Liaise with MOM, NEA, SCDF or any government agencies as required.
Liaise with customers on their requirement and support implementation if any.
Develop and implement HSSEQ programs and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable HSSEQ regulations.
Conduct risk assessments to recommend appropriate corrective actions and provide risk assessments training.
Conduct regular inspections and follow up actions to ensure HSSEQ compliance.
Conduct training classes and education programs to reinforce HSSEQ awareness.
Implement programs for the recognition, evaluation and control of various hazards.
Evaluate new processes, chemicals and equipment pertaining to HSSEQ aspects.
Review and conduct Emergency Response & Crisis Management Plans to ensure effectiveness.
Participate in incident investigation, review incident report and recommend effective mitigation measures.
Perform duties as company appointed Safe Management Officer and maintain Covid-19 PPE Management.

Requirements
3-5 years of experience in HSE within logistics and warehousing sector
Experience working with Oil Majors.
Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower will be an advantage.
Safety coordinators with relevant experience and with Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health will also be considered.
