The Company:

An established multinational information technology and communications engineering corporation is expanding the team and is looking for a Senior Network Engineer.

The Role:

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Managing a Government agency's customer base with high expectations on the service availability and response time.
• Carry out both Day-1 and Day-2 tasks for Checkpoint Firewall, F5 Load balancer, Cisco Router/Switches, Forward Proxy, TippingPoint IPS, Allot Packet Shaper, VMware NSX.
• Meet Government customers when necessary.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer or over 5 years of experience for the Lead position.
• Good technical and troubleshooting skills in carrying out both Day-1 and Day-2 tasks for Checkpoint Firewall, F5 Load balancer, Cisco Router/Switches, Forward Proxy, TippingPoint IPS, Allot Packet Shaper, VMware NSX.
• Sound knowledge in practising ITIL methodologies.
• Proven track record in work performance.
• The project deployed multiple network and security equipment which this role all needs to know how to support (Technical competency).
• Night /overnight duty may be required to support project activities such as maintenance, critical service launch.
• Need to be on 24 x 7 on phone call standby.
