The Closet Lover is a fashion label based and operated from Singapore. Founded by sister duo, Brianna and Bertilla Wong, the brand has grown over the years and now has a strong retail and online presence in Singapore, Malaysia and Cambodia. Our headquarter and core team is located in Singapore.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will:

• Assist Store Manager in daily store operations
• Exhibit behaviours that represent TCL culture
• Coach Store Supervisors and team members, identify learning opportunities and concoct employee development plans
• Be responsible for the work and performance of every member of the retail team

• Take part in and coach team to ensure visual merchandising and housekeeping is of TCL standard
• Recommend improvements that can be made to optimise both sales and customer experience
• Motivate and encourage the team and foster good relationships amongst team members
• Train and guide our team to corroborate excellence in TCL customer experience and sales
• Responsible for achieving store KPIs
• Accountable for sales reporting, weekly updates and customer profile reports.
• Take charge of monthly stock takes
• Assist Manager in recruiting brilliant candidates for the retail team

• Maintain store inventory together with Store Manager
• Be accountable for standard store opening, closing and preparing cash deposits
