Responsibilities
Strong understanding of Singapore legislation such as Personal Data Protection Act, Employment Agencies Act, Workplace Safety and Health Act, Employment Act, Employment of Foreign Manpower Act and Central Provident Fund Act. Develop and implement compliance program that is in line with the relevant laws and regulations Assist in drafting, reviewing and managing all new and existing commercial contracts and other legal correspondence. Report to Head of Finance and Compliance and take direction from the Management Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business management, or a related field.
- At least two years experience of compliance or legal executive experience either in private practice or in house.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
