To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations Monitor call, traffic volume & allocate resources based on situation/requirement Gather, monitor, analyze & validate data in reports Check and verify drivers trips form with deployment Attend to customer’s enquires relating to documents for example, delivery receipts and witness / declaration forms Planning & development of prime mover driver processing Portnet & Jurong Port online Responsible for vehicle maintenance and repair status Prepare and check all shipping documents to ensure that they are complete and comply with customers to ensure deliveries are fulfilled Ensure all drivers are aware of specific customer requirements and monitor GPS tracking system to keep track of the progress that drivers make along the assigned routes Prioritize urgent request and ensure deliveries are made on time Monitors driver movement to ensure they meet the given KPI Handles customer feedbacks, other administrative issues and perform any other duties as required by Transportation Manager Able to handle fleet of Prime Movers and drivers To standby / handle 24/7 duty phone (rotation) during operations
Requirements
GCE ‘A’ level or Diploma holder on Logistics / Supply Chain Management
At least 3 years relevant experience in 3rd party logistics, preferably in Traffic Planning & work force Planning & Allocations
Willing to work on 24/7 stand by to answer agent/client query on supply status
