As a Specialist Teaching Associate, you will be involved in:

1. Honing Your Craft - Regardless of where you start from, we are here to help you succeed as we continue to exchange pedagogical ideas to enhance our lessons for our children. Notably, no more administrative duties to cloud your passion for teaching!
2. Sharing Prior Industry Experiences – Our children are always curious about what they see around them. In your classes (online & onsite), you could share your prior industry experiences seamlessly as we continue to develop a holistic development of our students’ learning needs and motivations.
3. New Opportunities for GROWTH – Instead of meeting meaningless deadlines, we also offer you the opportunity to share your knowledge by writing articles and producing videos. Abundant opportunities exist and we are open to working with you to grow TOGETHER!

We’d love to have a chat with you if you meet the following criteria:

Required:

• Strong Background in Science: You should have a strong understanding in the subject matter - demonstrated at the primary/secondary level and is able to simplify complex Science concepts. Added bonus if you do study Science at the university level.
• Prior Teaching Experience: You should have some experience in teaching, not strictly limited to Science - be it commercial experience (e.g. teaching in MOE schools, learning centres or private tuition) OR volunteering experience (e.g. coaching kids in after-school care centres).
• Prior Working Experience: You should have less than 7 years of working experience, not limited to sectors requiring the use of Science knowledge.

• We respect your time commitment with us. As such, you'll be paid full salary, even during your training period. :)
• There're no part-time teaching positions due to the amount of resources required to groom teachers to excellence.
