MISSION STATEMENT:
The Sales Operation Executive SEA will be in charge of supporting the development of the brand both in the SEA market.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Operation Planning for Boutique / Dept Store / Sephora
- Assist the Sales Manager to oversee the day to day operations of all retail doors
- Drive the achievement of the retail target together with Retail Team, Education and Marketing based on market needs
- Oversee all field and retail operations to ensure smooth operational effectiveness
- Monitor, motivate, supports and drive retail team to achieve individual growth, performance and store KPIs
- To provide, consolidate monthly competitor insights and report for SEA
- Strategize sales planning (Forecasting rounds, retail targets, DC/expired, daily sales target, monthly products tracking, inventory stocks holding etc.)
- Manage and monitor the planning and ordering of products (newness, seasonal, animation activations and regulars) by retail team, in conjunction with marketing and sales
- Manage and support the fulfilment need of boutique for ad-hoc transfers and delivery planning whenever necessary
- Engage effective incentives target to motivate retail team to achieve monthly sales target and events
- To monitor and follow up on store maintenances for Dept Store / Boutique
- Manage GWP / samples supply to boutiques to support animation and monthly mechanics
- Ensure smooth operation effectiveness for Dept Store / Boutique visit and day to day operation
- Prepare daily, monthly sales and management reports and highlight areas of action
- Co-ordinate store projects such as new store openings and renovation including putting together any retail comments
- Coordinate retail operations meetings and ad hoc meetings with agenda and follow-up actions
- Motivate team spirit and maintain high morale of staff to increase productivity, and to maintain good communications with all levels
- Set-up guidelines, standard operations procedure (SOP) and key performance indicator (KPI) to monitor and measure the performance and service level of operations team
- Monitor, check, follow up and coordinate on all purchase orders or stock requisition from retail outlets and ensure timely approval and communication of all PO
- Maintaining good business relationship with retailers and related stakeholder,
- To work closely with store level to ensure smooth operations and sales maximization
- To work closely with the Sales team and Warehouse Operation and HQ personnel ; to ensure smooth operations and sales maximization
- Documentation and filing of all contracts, reports etc
- Assist in Product Requisition and Payment Requisition Form for approval
- Handle any other related duties as and when assigned
Sales & Trade - Support & Management
- Drive and manage the retail team on retail animation process from sales, inventory planning, operations, and people planning while engaging with effective incentive drivers to deliver results
- Analyze and manage inventory holdings for all boutique at healthy level
- Drive the people planning for retail team to ensure optimization and SOPs are observed
- Strategize and manage the roster, payroll planning, tabulation and checks for retail payout
- To have regular field visits to ensure strong field engagement and door checks to ensure that inventory, visual merchandising standards and maintenance are maintained as per brand standard
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum diploma in any related field or equivalent
- With at least 1-2 years of relevant of working experience in sales for Retail, FMCG, Sales or Beauty
- Retail experience is a must with a strong operation understanding of retail operations
- A self-starter with a curious analytical mind, possesses good problem-solving skills and motivation
- Enjoy multi-tasking with a strong problem solution focus and “can-do” attitude
- Well organized and committed to accuracy at all levels of details
- Independent and enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in retail operations and a passion to drive the brand
- Ability to work under time pressure, motivated, good working attitude and willing to go the extra mile
