Senior Training Executive/Specialist (ACTA/HRIS)

Training Management

• Promote and develop the sustainable training and development culture
• Optimize the contribution of training and development investment and activities

Training Systems

• Management and supporting subsidiaries for the identification of training needs
• Training activities management including the training needs collections from various channels for interpreting into training plan, and organize the training activities

Others:

• Involve in all HR projects relating to training and development areas
• Acts as an active team player/leader in Asia HR team for organizing/rollout department

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Training Management.
• Minimum 5 years of Training or HR generalist and operational experience in MNCs with solid experience/exposure of training and development management and activities.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills is essential.
• Responsible, quick learner, detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated and an energetic team player.
• Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with good exposure of HRIS e.g. SAP, ESS, HLN is preferred
